标题: Hybrid Bounds associated to twisted L-functions associated to holomorphic cusp forms

摘要: While subconvexity bounds for twisted L-functions associated to holomorphic cusp forms are known and well-explored in each separate aspect, there are far fewer results that look at multiple aspects at the same time. By combining amplification methods in t- and Q-aspects and using the shifted convolution series analyzed in Hoffstein-Hulse, a subconvexity bound is established in these 2 aspects simultaneously.

主讲人简介: Dr. Chan Ieong KUAN obtained his PhD degree in 2014 under the supervision of Prof. Jeffrey Hoffstein at Brown University. Since then, he has held a fixed-term assistant professor position at University of Maine. His research interests lie within analytic number theory, specifically automorphic forms, their associated L-functions and shifted convolution sums.
