Keynote Speaker:Li Qingguo

Abstract:

The French Bourbaki School divides mathematical structures into three categories: algebraic structure, order structure and topological structure. This lecture focuses on analyzing how to give an ordered structure from a topological structure, and vice versa, how to generate several famous implication topologies from the ordered structure, and discusses some topological properties of them, such as Sober property, good filtering property and monotone convergence. Some latest results such as Soberization, good filtering and D-completeness of T0-topological spaces will be discussed in particular.

Introduction to the Speaker:

Li Qingguo, Ph.D., is a second-class professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Mathematics and a member of the Academic Committee of Hunan University. He is currently the Vice-chairman of the Fuzzy Mathematics and Fuzzy Systems Committee of Systems Engineering Society of China and the Vice-chairman of the Hunan Mathematics Society. He was accepted to the First Level of 121 Talents in Hunan Province, and the holder of special government subsidy from the State Council and the Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award. He won the first prize in Hunan Province's natural science in 2013, with the first ranking. He has completed four general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, namely, Research on Topology and Application on Generalized Continuous Lattice Topology, Fuzzy Concept Lattice Theory and Its Application in Information Science, Research on Related Problems of Quantum Logic and Fuzzy Logic and Research on Domain Structure and Representation Theory of Information System. At present, he is undertaking the general project, Research on Topological Properties, Cartesian Closeness and Function Space of Continuous Partial Ordered Sets, of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. His main research field lies in lattice topology at present. His emphasis falls into the study of mathematical problems involved in computer and information science, from the following three aspects mainly: the application of new mathematical theories in information science, such as the referential semantics of computer program language-Domain theory, the logical basis of computer and information science, formal concept analysis and rough set theory. He has published more than 90 SCI papers.
