Abstract: We raised a conjecture that for an embedded hypersurface in Euclidean space, the explicit formula of Green function for GJMS operator coincides with that of GJMS operator with respect to the round metric, then the hypersurface is a round sphere.
We give a positive answer to the above conjecture for the conformal Laplacian, and the Paneitz operator in almost all cases. This is based on joint work with Yalong Shi, and a project in progress with Jiaxue Gan and Yalong Shi.

陈学长,南京大学数学系教授、博士生导师,国家级高层次青年人才,研究方向是几何分析与偏微分方程,现在主要关注的是共形几何中的预定曲率问题及相关曲率流、紧致带边流形上的几何不等式以及几何刚性现象等。文章发表在Invent. Math, Adv. Math等国际知名数学期刊上。
