TitleGeneric dynamics of Mean Curvature Flow

AbstractMean curvature flow is an important geometric flow which develops singularities in finite time. Blowing up singularities, we get an object called shrinkers. We view the mean curvature flow as a dynamical system and show that after a generic perturbation on the initial data, the perturbed flow can avoid all compact nonspherical singularities and noncompact conical singularities. The key is to prove that a positive perturbation on initial data would drift to the first eigenfunction direction after long time. This is a joint work with Ao Sun.
