Title: A Kind of Product Integration Scheme for Solving Fractional Ordinary Differential Equations

Keynote Speaker: Zhao Jingjun

Abstract:

This report constructs a kind of product integration scheme for the nonlinear fractional ordinary differential equation. This numerical scheme is designed by considering the equivalent Volterra integral equation and using the idea of local Fourier expansion. The high accuracy property of the new scheme is proved and the stability analysis is also provided.

Speaker introduction:

Zhao Jingjun: a professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Mathematics of Harbin Institute of Technology, mainly engages in the research of numerical calculation of differential equation and integral equation, etc., and has 60 SCI publications on international famous academic journals, such as SIAM J. Numer. Anal. , Appl. Math. Model. , J. Sci. Comput. He has presided 2 NSFC projects, participated in 2 NSFC projects and 1 National Defense Advanced Research Fund project, and won the second prize of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Award for 1 time and the second prize of Natural Science Award of Chinese Universities for 1 time. He has the experiences of visiting the University of Cambridge, University of Hong Kong, and Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is now a Director of Algorithm Committee of China Simulation Federation and the Managing Director of Heilongjiang Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics.
